Joshua Partners was founded to unleash and
nurture the upside potential of a highly select
number of smaller middle market operating companies
typically ignored as too small by other elite private
equity players. Rather than raise yet another
unwieldy buyout fund we decided to be patient and
uncover a small number of these under-the-radar
emerging stars, and partner with them directly for
long-term growth. While this entails higher risk on
our part, the potential rewards are much greater for
all stakeholders.
